We Are Here To Help You

Accidents happen. If you live long enough, you’ll likely experience one yourself. If it’s a serious accident, the fallout can be overwhelming because you are injured, worried about losing your job, paying for unplanned medical expenses, and probably without any means of transportation.  Your everyday life is now disrupted to the point where you don’t know where to start.

At Allen Law, we focus on helping our clients get their lives back on track and move forward. Our attorney, Jamal Allen, and his talented team of friendly professionals have over 75 years of combined experience.

Our personal injury practice covers all of life's calamities, when you suffer an injury because of someone else's fault. For all of our personal injury cases, we work on a contingency basis.
This means WE don’t get paid until YOU get paid.

Crash victims need personal injury lawyers to negotiate fair settlements with the insurance company and, when need be, file a lawsuit. Jamal represents people who have been involved in collision involving injuries. Even if you think you may be partially at fault, contact our office as we may still be able to recover compensation on your behalf.

We love dogs too, but they do sometimes bite. A dog bite can be quite painful, and prone to developing an infection and disfiguring scars. We’ll protect your legal rights and fight for every penny you deserve so you can focus on taking care of your health.

You’ll find a compassionate ear and a shoulder to lean on here at Allen Law. We know it’s never easy to lose a loved one, especially when the death could have been prevented. We’ll help you hold the negligent person accountable for their actions and pursue justice for your loved one.

How Long Do I Have To File A Claim?

Arizona has very specific deadlines which dictates how long an injured person has to settle their claim.  However, different types of injury claims have different deadlines so it is very important that you seek legal advice immediately so that you do not miss this deadline.

Not Sure What To Do After An Accident?

Here are a few suggestions:

  • Call the Police immediately
  • Take photographs of the damage to both vehicles as well as the scene of the collision
  • Obtain the name of the driver who caused the collision as well as their automobile insurance information
  • Obtain all the information from the Police Officer
  • Seek immediate medical care if you are injured
  • Finally, do not give a statement to anyone until you have had an opportunity to discuss your case with an attorney.
There are so many steps that need to be taken after a collision.  Let us help you sort through the legalities, while you focus on recovering from your injuries and returning to your normal way of life.  You can come into our office, schedule a virtual consultation or we can visit you at your home or treatment facility.
